Digital Products

  • All digital products (including but not limited to software, themes, templates, and digital files) are non-refundable once purchased or downloaded.

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds or returns cannot be processed after the transaction is completed.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in cases of:
